At Glutaweiss INC, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our return and refund policy for orders within the US:

What can be returned/refunded?

We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery if they meet any of the following conditions:

 

  • Damaged condition: The item was physically damaged upon arrival.
  • Missing parts: The item is missing parts or accessories.
  • Incorrect item: You received the wrong item.

What can't be returned/refunded?

  • Items opened or used.
  • Items purchased during a promotion.
  • Items not purchased through an official Glutaweiss INC sales channel (e.g., our website or authorized retailers).
    Gift boxes.

How to return an item:

  • You may be asked to share an image of the product to expedite the process.
  • Upon approval, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions.

Important to note:

  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and return authorization number.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned items before issuing a refund or exchange.
  • Leaks or damages during delivery must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and the batch number. We will perform a quality check (72-96 hours) before proceeding with a return/exchange.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper use, or wrong application are not covered.
  • Exchanges are only available once per item. We cannot offer cash refunds.
